Laura Jordan
President
Laura Jordan is a partner in the personal injury law firm of Powers & Santola, LLP. Her practice is limited to the representation of serious and catastrophically injured individuals with special emphasis on medical malpractice and delayed diagnosis of cancer.

Laura is a charter member and director of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. She is also a member of the Albany County, New York State and New York State Women's Bar Associations.
In addition to her busy practice, Laura authors the monthly "Tort and Civil Procedure" case law review for the Albany County Bar Association newsletter and the Third Department Review for the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Laura lives with her husband, Patrick, and their two children, in Castleton-On-Hudson, New York.
Kathleen Barclay

Kathleen A. Barclay is an attorney with the law firm of Maguire Cardona, P.C.
Kathleen is a 1999 graduate of Union College and received her law degree in 2004 from Boston College Law School. Prior to joining Maguire Cardona, Kathleen gained extensive experience practicing law in Boston, before moving to the Albany area with her husband and family in 2009.
Kathleen is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Kathleen focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense, errors and omissions, product liability, general liability defense and insurance coverage. Kathleen is a highly skilled courtroom advocate and has successfully obtained jury verdicts for her clients at trial, as well as obtained dismissal of cases prior to trial through motions for summary judgment.
Kathleen is an active member of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association, Albany County Bar Association, Capital District Women's Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. Kathleen serves on the Board of Directors for the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association. Kathleen currently serves as the Chair of Admissions for the Albany County Bar Association, as well as the Chair of the Judicial Qualifications Committee. Kathleen also serves on the New York State Bar Association Committee on the Tort System, and is a member of the Trial Lawyer's Section.
In 2015, Kathleen was honored by Super Lawyers and included in its annual issue acknowledging outstanding Upstate New York attorneys. Kathleen was recognized for her successes in the category of Personal Injury Medical Malpractice Defense.
Running is one of her favorite activities, and Kathleen has participated in both the Baltimore Marathon and the Boston Marathon. Kathleen has also become an active Crossfitter. She resides in Ballston Lake with her husband and two sons.
Jason Frament

Jason A. Frament is a partner in the law firm of LaFave, Wein & Frament, PLLC.
Mr. Frament vigorously advocates for those who have been injured as a result of someone's negligence. He represents his clients with the upmost passion and determination. He practices primarily in the field of civil litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, automobile accidents, legal malpractice, premises liability and commercial litigation. Mr. Frament was elected and currently serves as Village Justice for the Village of Scotia.
Mr. Frament was given the honor of being a SuperLawyer in 2014 and 2015 because of his excellence in the field of law. This honor is limited to no more than five percent of the attorneys in New York State. He has also been nationally recognized as an Advocate by the American Association of Justice, National College of Advocacy.
Mr. Frament earned his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2001. He completed his undergraduate study at the State University of New York, Institute of Technology. While in college, Mr. Frament played baseball and was named Captain of the team his junior year.
He has tried cases all over the State including Columbia County, Albany County, Schenectady County and the United States District Court, Northern District of New York. He has also successfully mediated and arbitrated many cases throughout State and argued before the Appellate Division, Third Department and the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Frament lives in his hometown of Scotia where, in his spare time, he continues to give back to the community. He is a member of the Scotia-Glenville Little League Board of Directors and was the Director of the Double AA division in 2015. He also has been a volunteer coach since 2012.
William Little

William T. Little, Esq. is a co-founding partner of Teresi & LIttle, PLLC.
In 2013, William T. Little co-founded the Law Office of Teresi & Little, PLLC with his law-school trial team partner Gregory Teresi. He practices primarily in the fields of civil and commercial litigation and criminal defense and heads the firm's civil litigation practice.
Mr. Little graduated from the State University of New York, College at Albany where he received a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice. He went on to received his Law Degree from Albany Law School, where he was an Associate Editor for the Albany Law School Environmental Outlook Journal. Mr. Little was selected to represent Albany Law School in two mock trial competitions making it to the finals with Gregory Teresi.
Mr. Little started his career working at a large litigation firm in Albany, New York practicing primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, municipal liability, employment discrimination, products liability, and labor law claims. He has represented clients in New York State and Federal courts, before the New York State Court of Claims, and numerous state agencies including the EEOC, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York State Department of Financial Services.
Mr. Little is the immediate past-President of the Capital District Black and Hispanic Bar Association, a current member of the Board of Directors of the Albany County Bar Association, General Counsel to the Arbor Hill Development Corporation, and District Representative for the Torts Insurance and Compensation Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. He is honored to serve on the Albany County Bar Association's Judicial Selection Committee and Albany County Democratic Law Committee.
Mr. Little has lectured on topics related to New York State and Federal Practice and for employers on issues related to sexual, racial, and other types of harassment, discrimination, and affirmative action. Mr. Little was selected to the New York State Super Lawyers "Rising Stars" list in 2014 and 2015, an honor reserved for less than 2.5% of lawyers in New York State.
Meghan Keenholts

Meghan Rielly Keenholts is an attorney at E. Stewart Jones Law Firm in Troy, New York. She currently focuses her legal practice on the representation of individuals who have been seriously injured and serves as the firm's managing attorney. Ms. Keenholts previously worked as a law clerk for the firm, and upon graduation from law school had the distinction of becoming the first woman attorney hired by the firm since its founding in 1898.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Keenholts worked as an account executive for Sawchuk, Brown Associates, a public relations firm in Albany, and as a project assistant for Policy Research Associates in Delmar.
Ms. Keenholts graduated summa cum laude from Albany Law School in May 2005. While at Albany Law School, she served as an Executive Editor of the Albany Law Review and as a Dean Thomas Sponsler Teaching Fellow. Ms. Keenholts graduated summa cum laude from Bucknell University in May 1999, where she double-majored in English and Political Science. She has also studied in London and Washington, D.C. Ms. Keenholts is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Justinian Honor Societies. She is also a 2012 graduate of the Rensselaer County Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Institute, a skills-based professional development program.
Ms. Keenholts is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. She is a member of the New York State, Albany County, Rensselaer County, and Capital District Women's bar associations, the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association.
Ms. Keenholts presently serves on the boards of directors of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association and the YWCA of the Greater Capital Region, by whom she was honored in 2012 with the Resourceful Women's Award in management. She previously served on the board of directors of Girls Incorporated of the Greater Capital Region, and is a past member of the Junior League of Albany.
She resides in East Greenbush, New York, with her husband, Doug, and daughters, Ellie and Saige.
Judith Aumand, Esq.
Judith B. Aumand, Esq. is a partner with the law firm of Burke, Scolamiero, Mortati & Hurd, LLP.
Ms. Aumand handles all aspects of civil litigation from pleadings through appellate practice having appeared before the Appellate Division Third Department on many occasions. The firm is primarily focused on insurance defense work for a variety of insurance carriers including Traveler's, Harleysville and MLMIC. While Judith practices in all of the firm's practice areas, she focuses her practice on Labor Law, complex personal injury matters and municipal defense. Ms. Aumand joined the firm upon graduation from law school in 2006 and was named a partner in 2015.
Ms. Aumand is a graduate of Elizabethtown College, Elizabethtown PA, and of Albany Law School. She is admitted to practice in New York and admitted in the Northern District of New York. Ms. Aumand was named as a Rising Star in the 2016 Super Lawyers.
Judith also serves as one of the Attorney Coaches for the Guilderland High School Mock Trial Program.

Hon. Ryan Donovan
Ryan T. Donovan is a partner in the law firm of Harris, Conway & Donovan, PLLC.
Ryan T. Donovan focuses his practice on commercial disputes and personal injury litigation. Mr. Donovan has handled all aspects of civil litigation, including motion and trial practice in both New York State and federal courts. He has also successfully argued cases at the appellate level.
Mr. Donovan has extensive experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation, including dissolution of businesses, breach of contract litigation, fraud claims, employment discrimination claims and non-compete agreements. For the past 15 years He has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases from inception through trial. Mr. Donovan has represented clients in administrative hearings, arbitrations and trials throughout New York State as well.
Mr. Donovan serves as general counsel to an international craft beer importer and manages litigation throughout the United States. Primarily managing the defense and prosecution of complex disputes involving distribution agreements and constitutional commerce clause issues.
Mr. Donovan is a member of the New York State and Albany County Bar Associations and has served on the Albany Law School National Alumni Association Board of Directors since 2000. In 2009 he was appointed a Member of the Board of Trustees of Albany Law School and in 2010 was elected as President of the National Alumni Association. Since 2006, he has served as a Town Justice for the Town of Bethlehem (Population approximately 33,000).
Mr. Donovan currently lives in Delmar with his wife and three children.
Andrew Healey, Esq.
Andrew J. Healey is an associate attorney with Frank M. Putorti, Jr., P.C.
He graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Politics from SUNY Potsdam in 2003 and received his J.D. from Albany Law School in 2006. During law school he clerked for the Hon. Mark L. Powers, Schenectady County Family Court Judge. He is admitted to practice in New York State and the Northern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Federal Court Northern District of New York Bar Association, New York State Defender's Association and Schenectady County Bar Association, where he is the Membership Chair. Jacob Lamme, Esq.
Jacob F. Lamme is a shareholder at McNamee Lochner P.C. Jake's practice spans a wide range of litigation areas, including commercial/contract, personal injury, labor and employment, real property, and land use and zoning litigation. He has experience representing businesses, governmental entities and individual clients in both state and federal courts.
Jake represents individuals and businesses in personal injury matters (motor vehicle accidents and premises liability), products liability, and labor law actions.

Mackenzie Monaco, Esq.
Mackenzie C. Monaco is a Director at the law firm of Carter, Conboy. Ms. Monaco is a litigation attorney concentrating her practice in the fields of personal and premises liability, medical malpractice, labor law, product liability, and environmental law. She also provides clients with insurance coverage analysis and litigates coverage disputes. Sean Tomko, Esq.
Sean A. Tomko is a trial attorney with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, working out of their Albany, New York field office.
Mr. Tomko has successfully defended numerous jury trials to verdict, including matters involve wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, general liability, and premises liability in New York's 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Judicial Districts. While the bulk of his work currently involves the defense of commercial/business clients, in 2012, he was selected as a member of the high exposure trial team for Liberty Mutual personal markets, assigned to handle complex and large exposure personal market files.
Mr. Tomko is a 1998 cum laude graduate of Siena College and a 2001 cum laude graduate of Albany Law School of Union University, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Albany Law Journal of Science & Technology and member of the Moot Court Board. Mr. Tomko is also member of the Justinian Society and National Order of the Barristers. While in school, Mr. Tomko was a finalist Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition, a semi-finalist in Senior Prize Trials, and won Best Brief-Appellant in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition.
In 2003, Mr. Tomko attended the Liberty Mutual - Trial Lawyers Training Academy held in Lakeville, Connecticut. He is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association, Albany County Bar Association and Capital District Trial Lawyers Association.
